Astrid serves as Vice President of Customer Experience. She worked independently with Tristar for 3 years before joining the Tristar team for the last 3 years. Her team-building efforts have created a strong, proactive customer service department to support Tristar’s customers. Astrid modernized the handling of customer issues by implementing a world-class CRM system, and she has forged strong cross-team relationships that have increased efficiency and accountability.
Astrid’s background includes over ten years at LiveOps, Inc., where she earned her extensive experience with advanced customer service systems and solutions.
She holds a B.A. in political science from the University of Wisconsin.
